Contract and Vendor Agreement Review

The Department of Risk Management & Insurance reviews contracts, as deemed appropriate, in conjunction with legal, procurement, grants & research and other university departments and units. Risk Management reviews such documents with a view toward reducing exposures to and protecting the assets of the university. The "insurance," "indemnification" and "limit of liability" related sections of contracts and business agreements are the most common areas requiring Risk Management review and approval.

Affiliation Agreement Review

Affiliation Agreements must be coordinated by the student through their applicable university department.

Students should NOT contact Risk Management directly regarding affiliation agreements. All contact with Risk Management must come from the applicable department representative.
