  •  **Exception: Graduate Fellows and Partial appointment Teaching and Graduate Assistants see instructions under your category below.
  •   Full appointment Teaching and Graduate Assistants MUST waive each semester.

The waiver or enrollment process is still incomplete. You must complete the waiver or enrollment form online at www.universityhealthplans.com.

WAIVING: The charge will be removed from your term bill within 4 business days after receiving a waiver conformation number.  Failure to waive online before the deadline will result in a non-refundable charge and students will be responsible for the premium even if you have other coverage.

ENROLLING: We encourage you to submit the enrollment form before the deadline.  Insurance cards are available 5 -7 business days after you receive your enrollment confirmation number.

To add dependents or a spouse, you must visit www.universityhealthplans.com. Payment is made directly to University Health Plans. The premium for dependents/spouse cannot be added to the Rutgers Term Bill.
